OpenEyes is the largest open-source project currently in development within the NHS. Irrelon Software was consulted to produce a technical review of the project, including software development analysis, best practice, source control, a detailed breakdown of development status and recommendations for implementation going forward.

Analyse the existing processes and systems employed by Moorfields in relation to OpenEyes and identify areas of improvement, alongside a deep-dive into the OpenEyes source code and an assessment of the project’s viability in its current form — based on existing requirements and proposed future enhancements in the product timeline.
